I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a quiet area of the city, close to Victoria Coach & Train station. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a new bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfasts were truly delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Victoria tube station, making it easy to explore the city center. Being so close to Victoria station was especially great when coming home late at night.

I did experience a mix-up with the billing, which took around a week to be resolved.

Convenient location, clean rooms, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

No negatives from this place.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a classical home style that made me feel cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that the breakfast was delivered right to my room and the staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had about transportation around the city. The location was great and made it easy to get to wherever I needed to go.

The breakfast was nothing special and the walls were not sound-proofed very well so I could hear noises from the other rooms. Additionally, the wifi had some issues in the room on occasions.

The Lord Milner room, spacious and clean, provides a comfortable stay. Friendly and welcoming staff ensure a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.

Although everything was exceptional, the bathroom was a minor letdown. It was too small with limited space to move around.
