Small bespoke hotel in centre of London yet in a quiet classy backstreet. Nice and peaceful with a personal feel and with breakfast served in your room.
Would be nice to have a small bar / reception room.

I love the Lord Milner room and sadly, I did not like the other room where I did not book but the staff kindly agreed to put us in the Lord Milner room. Oh, the full English breakfast was made to the perfection! The staff was woke up because I could not ring the staff on the phone due to language difficulties - they go to bed at 11pm!
The area is fabulous but there is only one bar within 1 mile range!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we enjoyed the location of the place.
The room we had was spotless and well laid out, came with bedroom and a four posted bed with lounge plus a computer. Everything seemed very good, fairly clean. The hotel had a good location close to Victoria Place Shopping Centre.

Convenience of location near Victoria and easy access to Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Quiet area comfortable for late night returning. Pleasant staff. Nice quality of fittings in the room.
Breakfast difficult to eat comfortably in the room which was rather small only one person could sit up. Continental breakfast lacking in interest - mostly from pre packed items apart from the toast. Coffee full of grounds as plunger not working properly.

The service was excellent, the rooms were nicely decorated and the locaton was perfect. The bed was luxurious and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The bathroom in the Lord Milner suite was extremely small, there could have perhaps been blinds behind the curtains are they still leak quite a bit of light in the morning.
